A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a handler of narcotics of 2017 Highest 2324, may sell and sell Metrophographs (hereinafter referred to as "copon"), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not a handler of narcotics.

On February 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a penphone from the sales book of the nameless philopon on “C” that was known at the Internet B Search website; (b) on February 16, 2016, the Defendant transferred KRW 400,000 from the Defendant’s corporate bank account (D) to the Agricultural Cooperative (F) account in the name of “E” designated by the said person in the name of the said person; and (c) on the same day, the Defendant purchased the philopon with approximately 0.5g of the philopon attached to the house box located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

No person, other than the handler of narcotics of 2018 Highest 402, may sell and sell Metrophographs (hereinafter referred to as "copon"), which is a local mental medicine, and the defendant is not the handler of narcotics.

1. On September 2015, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase philophones from the sales books of the nameless philophones using the bitphones on “C” that he/she came to know at the Internet B search site; (b) transferred KRW 400,000 of the philophones to the bank account designated by the above bitphones; and (c) around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased a plastic paper with approximately 0.5g of philophones attached to a multi-household box located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H by using a tape.

2. The Defendant, on September 1, 2015, administered crophone medication by inserting approximately 0.05g of crophones purchased, as stipulated in paragraph 1, in the 2MW car owned by the Defendant, located in a house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, with I, into the pipe filled up in a pipe and inhaleing them by inserting approximately 0.05g of crophones purchased as stipulated in paragraph 1.
