A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
1,600,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Purchasing a clopon (one clopon; hereinafter referred to as "copon");
A. On August 25, 2017, notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, around August 25, 2017, the Defendant promised to purchase a penphone, which is a local mental medicine, from a person who uses the phone name “D,” which was known through the Internet website “C,” around August 25, 2017. On the same day, at around 16:40 of the same day, the Defendant purchased 80,000 won for purchase from the new bank account (H) in the name of G designated by the said person in Seoul Gangnam-gu, Seoul, with the purchase price of KRW 80,000 from the bank account (H) located in the name of the said person, and around 17:00 on the same day, purchased the phone phone by means of collecting 1g of a penphone with the said person without the name in the name of the Seocho-dong address in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
B. On December 23, 2017, even though the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant purchased a 400,000 philopon from the Defendant’s name in front of the N Apartment Complex D, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on December 21, 2017, using the name-based “J” (L) account in the name-based name designated by the Defendant, at the Nong Bank account (M) in the name-based name designated by the Defendant, at around 22:0, 2017. On December 23, 2017, at around 03:20, the Defendant purchased the philopon with a philopon 0.5 glopon, which is a local mental medicine, from the Defendant’s name-specific person in front of the Dongdong-dong.

On January 19, 2018, despite that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, on January 18, 2018, the Defendant purchased chophones by means of a company bank account (R) in the P’s name designated by the influent person using Chophones from around 22:30 on January 18, 2018. On January 19, 2018, around 00:10 on January 19, 2018, at around 8, the Defendant purchased chophones by means of collecting 0.4g of a phiphone, which is a fluent mental medicine.
2. Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc., the Defendant “U hotel” in Pacific City on January 5, 2018 is called “U hotel.”
