A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two months from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Prevention of Illegal Trafficking in Narcotics, Etc.: (a) around January 18, 2016, intended to purchase approximately 1g 800,000 won from the name influor (C) who became aware of the name in B via B; (b) to purchase the Mebatop (hereinafter referred to as the mephone; hereinafter referred to as the mephone); (c) remitted 800,000 won to the account he notified of the above name influor; and (d) attempted to receive or receive the mephone concealed concealed by the above influort person in a convenience store located in the area of not more than the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, while the above influort person was unable to purchase the mephone on the wind where he puts of sugar, other than the mephone, into a tobacco
