1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,885,366 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 15, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. From December 1, 2003 to July 31, 2014, the Plaintiff provided labor under the employment of the Defendant, who is engaged in the stech lease and special lecture manufacturing business, etc.

B. The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 49,885,366, totaling KRW 19,813,924 in the amount of wages for eight months, KRW 2,590,863 in the amount of estimated bonuses, and KRW 27,480,579 in the amount of retirement allowances.

C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from August 15, 2014 to the day of full payment, which is the 14th day after the Plaintiff’s retirement date, including the total amount of unpaid wages, etc., to the Plaintiff.
