Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.
1. Defendant A
A. At around 16:54 on June 13, 2015, the Defendant transferred 2.3 million won for the purchase of psychotropic drugs from I to the Agricultural Cooperative (L) account in the name of K (L) in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Defendant at the Bank (J) account in the name of the Defendant, and purchased approximately 10 grams from I and 10 grams around N in the name of the Defendant.
(2) On June 26, 2015, at around 20:11, the Defendant remitted 2.3 million won of the purchase price of philopon to the Agricultural Cooperative (L) account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Republic of Korea (J). On the same day, at around 23:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 10 grams of philopon from I around N in the name of the Republic of Korea (J).
(3) On January 14, 2016, around 18:22, the Defendant remitted 2.3 million won of the purchase price of copon to the Agricultural Cooperative (L) account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Republic of Korea (J) in the name of the Defendant, and purchased approximately 10 grams of copon from I in the P department located in the name of the Republic of Korea (J), around 22:00 on the same day.
(4) On February 2, 2016, around 16:04, the Defendant remitted 5.850,000 won of the purchase price of chophones to the Agricultural Cooperative (L) account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the Republic of Korea (J). On the same day, around 20:00, at around 20:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 20 grams of chophones from I in the name of K in the name of the Defendant.
B. (1) On March 2016, the Defendant purchased 4 million won in the U coffee shop located in Gyeongsan-si Gyeongsan-si, and purchased 20 grams from S with approximately 20 grams of philophones.
(2) On March 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) parked in front of the Daegu District Court near the Daegu District Court (Seoul District Court); (b) 2 million won for the purchase of opon to S and 10 grams from S.
