Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and February of one year and a fine of KRW 500,00.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On June 3, 2016, at around 07:39, the Defendant: (a) viewed that the victim C was able to board a D taxi operated by the victim C on the roads near the Sosan-dong in Busan Metropolitan City, Seosan-dong; and (b) told the victim that “I am to Busan Dok Police Station”; and (c) told the victim that “I am to Busan Dok Police Station.”

However, the defendant did not have any money at the time, so there was no intention or ability to pay the taxi fee to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim and moving a taxi to the Busan Coastal Police Station, which is operated by the injured party, acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 6,000 corresponding to the taxi fee in the relevant section.

B. On June 4, 2016, around 23:00, the Defendant sent an attitude that the victim F, who was on the first underground floor of Busan So-gu E, seems to pay the alcohol value, and ordered the alcohol at the G main office.

However, the defendant did not have any money at the time, so there was no intention or ability to pay the alcohol value to the victim.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, was provided with 4 sicks equivalent to the total market value of 36,000 won from the victim’s seat.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, from around 07:50 on June 3, 2016 to 08:05 on the same day, towards the police officers working therefor under the influence of alcohol at the model and office of the Busan Police Station-type, Busan Police Station-type, Busan Police Station-type, and located in the 26th day.
