[2015 Highest 1223] On July 1, 2014, the Defendant expressed the attitude that the Defendant would pay the drinking value even though he did not have the intention or ability to pay the drinking value because of the lack of money in the water, and it appears that the Defendant is alcoholic beverage and alcoholic beverage.
