A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution and 80 hours of social service in August 1, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 1, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. On February 20, 2017, the Defendant, at the Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Northern-gu C and the first basement DPC room, expressed that he/she would sell “E” a “E” on the Internet NAV car page, and reported it to the victim F, who sent money, would immediately send the said mobile freedom right to the victim F.

“Falsely false.”

However, due to the fact that the defendant did not have a valid mobile pocket, even if he receives money from the injured party, he shall send it.

As above, the Defendant, as well as by deceiving the victim and receiving 60,000 won from one bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim, acquired money from the victim through the same method, from March 19, 2017 through the transfer of KRW 1,294,000 from the victims, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 1, until March 19, 2017.

2. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official documents rejected the official document by presenting a certificate of pre-use certificate to J under the name of the Seoul Regional Police Agency Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency, which was in possession of a person who was requested to present his/her identification card from the slope H and slope I to verify the identity of the Defendant in the Seoul Northern-gu C and the first basement DPC room in order to execute an arrest warrant against the Defendant.

On March 15, 2017, the Defendant, on March 15, 2017, expressed that the PC room located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, would sell an Internet NAV KafK’s “Right to Use Mobile Freedom” on the bulletin board, and sent the right to use mobile freedom if the Defendant sent money to the victim L who reported and contacted with it.
