1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties’ relevant net G died on July 31, 1994, and the Defendants, the spouse He and his children, succeeded to the deceased G. The deceased on June 12, 200, and the Defendants, the children, succeeded to the deceased H.

B. On May 6, 1963, Daejeon District Court, Daejeon District Court No. 11043, May 15, 1963, completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the real estate stated in paragraph (7) of the [Attachment I] list No. 1 to 7, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on May 2, 1963 by the above registry office No. 9706, May 2, 1963.

C. Following the change in the right to each real estate listed in [Attachment 1] List 1 to 3 died on July 31, 1994, the deceased H, the Defendants completed the entire registration of transfer of shares under the above registry office No. 2666 on July 31, 1994 with respect to each real estate listed in [Attachment 1] List 1 to 31, 1994, with respect to each real estate listed in [Attachment 1] List 1 to 105/2938 shares by the deceased H, the spouse of the deceased H, and with respect to each 70/1938 shares by inheritance on June 12, 200.

3) The Defendants completed the full transfer registration of each share to I as of May 7, 2002, Nos. 3219, 32200, and 3202 through 32204, on the grounds of the termination of title trust on June 14, 2001, with respect to each of the real estates listed in [Attachment 1] List Nos. 1 through (3) 91/2938 of their respective shares among the respective real estates listed in [Attachment 1] List No. 4 of the Daejeon District Court, Daejeon District Court No. 3219, May 7, 2002, and Nos. 32202 through 3204. D. 1) The net G died on July 31, 1994; with respect to the real estates listed in [Attachment 1 List No. 4, 1] 105/2938 shares by the deceased’s spouse, and with respect to each share of 70/1938 each of the inheritance.
