1. As to the real estate stated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 to the plaintiffs, Defendant C shall obtain a registration office of Changwon District Court on 1985.
Reasons
1. The following facts may be found either as a dispute between the parties or as a whole in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 7 (including branch numbers if they have a serial number).

Each real estate listed in the list 1 through 4 was owned by the plaintiffs and E (Death on June 29, 1979), which is the father of the defendants, and each real estate listed in the list 5 and 6 was owned by the plaintiffs and the defendants' father (Death on March 5, 1982).
B. However, pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3562, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”), Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 3241, which was received on March 18, 1985, due to sale as of January 5, 1974, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each real estate listed in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the attached Table No. 3244, which was received on March 18, 1985, as of January 5, 1974.
C. In addition, under the Act on Special Measures for Defendant Ddo, the registration of ownership transfer for the real estate listed in paragraph (4) of the attached Table No. 4 was completed on March 18, 1985 due to the sale on January 5, 1974 (No. 3218) received on March 18, 1985, and completed each registration of ownership transfer for each real estate listed in paragraphs 5 and 6 of the same list as the receipt of No. 3228 of March 18, 1985 (No. 3228 of January 5, 1974).
(2) Each of the above registrations of ownership transfer (hereinafter referred to as “each of the above registrations of ownership transfer”) is a real estate listed in the separate list Nos. 4 through 6 of Defendant D’s name, and each of the above registrations of ownership transfer.
A. Each real estate listed in the separate list of claims is jointly inherited property of the deceased E and deceased F’s inheritors, including the plaintiffs and the Defendants, under the Act on Special Measures for the Development of Special Measures, the other Defendants issued a false guarantee of inheritance registration.
