A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forgery of currency;
가. 피고인은 2014. 12. 25. 12:00경 서울 관악구 D에 있는 E 사무실에서 그곳에 있는 엡손 복합기를 이용하여 미리 준비한 10,000원 권(일련번호 JK0046189D) 1장의 앞, 뒷면을 스캔하여 이미지 파일로 저장한 다음 이를 양면으로 출력하여 칼로 오려내는 방법으로 10,000원 권 15장을 만들었다.
Accordingly, the Defendant forged Chapter 15 of the Bank of Korea issued 10,000 Won in Korea for the purpose of exercising the right.
B. On December 28, 2014, around 12:00, the Defendant created KRW 10,000, KRW 15,000, at the place described in paragraph 1(a), and in the same manner as paragraph 1(a).
Accordingly, the Defendant forged Chapter 15 of the Bank of Korea issued 10,000 Won in Korea for the purpose of exercising the right.
C. On December 29, 2014, at around 12:00, the Defendant created KRW 10,000, KRW 15,000 in the place indicated in paragraph 1(a) and in the same manner as paragraph 1(a).
Accordingly, the Defendant forged Chapter 15 of the Bank of Korea issued 10,000 Won in Korea for the purpose of exercising the right.
2. Counterfeiting counterfeited currencies;
A. On December 29, 2014, at G convenience stores located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on December 29, 2014, the Defendant purchased tobacco equivalent to KRW 2,000, the market price of which was at least KRW 2,000 from the convenience store He who is aware of the forgery, and issued a forged letter of KRW 10,00 as if he were actually issued.
B. C. The Defendant, around 06:00 on January 9, 2015, at the taxi platform located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu.
