Punishment of the crime

On June 2012, the Defendants forged the 50,00 won bill issued by the Bank of Korea, which is a currency used in the Republic of Korea, using it as a local compound machine, and returned to a conventional market. The Defendants purchased small amount of articles against the aged, etc. who lacks the identification capacity of counterfeit land, and conspired to use them as a means of living expense or financial institution debt repayment.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes

A. B. At around 07:00 on June 19, 2012, the Defendants entered the Gstresponding of F operation in Pakistan, and purchased 200 won of tobacco equivalent to KRW 5,00,00, and delivered 50,000,000 to the said F as stated in paragraph 1(a).

In addition, the Defendants conspired, from June 19, 2012 to July 2, 2012, 50,000 won in total, as shown in the list of crimes.
