A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of currency;

A. On May 29, 2013, around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) visited D University E, Inc. 417, which is located in Seocheon-si C, via Nowon-gu, set up a right can file (KH 0393143C) issued by the Bank of Korea; and (b) revised the said can file in the Korean language program to the actual size.

The Defendant, using a public computer and local printer in the above E’s 2nd degree of school affairs, printed in Chapter 8 in Chapter 8 above 10,000, printed in Chapter 8 in Chapter 8 in Chapter 8, printed in the above 10,000, printed in the above 10,000, printed in the above 10,000, back slick file on the face of the above 10,000, in the opposite page of the above 14 page, and then sent the above 10,000, issued by the Bank of Korea 10,000, printed as above in the above 417 size.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged Chapter 8 of the Bank of Korea notes 10,000.

B. For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant around 18:00 on May 31, 2013.

The Bank of Korea issued 10,000 Won 12 in the same manner at the same place as stated in the subsection was forged.

2. Exercising forged currencies;

A. On May 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, at any Mour in the vicinity of the Jejucheon-si Station, set forth in Article 1-A as accommodation expenses to the business owner.

As described in the subsection, the Bank of Korea issued 10,000 won 10,000 won and exercised this as if it were genuine closed.

B. On June 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:25, at Gns located in Jeju City F, the business owner H under the pretext of accommodation expenses.

As described in the subsection, the Bank of Korea issued 10,000 won 10,000 won and exercised this as if it were genuine closed.

C. On June 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:35, at Ins located in the F of Jeju City, under the name of accommodation expenses to the employee J. 1-B.

As described in the subsection, the Bank of Korea issued 10,000 won 10,000 won and exercised this as if it were genuine closed.
