1. The Defendant: 14,00,000 won to the Plaintiff, and 5% per annum from May 17, 2014 to September 3, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant, around August 1994, was established with the trade name of "C Co., Ltd." for the purpose of the manufacture of various pulp and paper, etc., and acquired D Co., Ltd., a multinational company in around 1998, and became a Korean subsidiary of the above company. Since the change of corporate form into a limited company around 2007, the current trade name is being used.

B. The Plaintiff is a company established for the purpose of wholesale and retail business, etc. as of February 22, 2012, where E was a business operator of the Defendant’s public water sector (excluding printing companies, daily information newspapers, free newspapers, free newspapers, and local newspapers).

C. On March 16, 2012, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded a sales store contract with the following content:

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant sales store contract” and the contract is referred to as the “instant sales store contract”). Article 1 (Definition of this Agreement) (Definition of this Agreement), unless otherwise specified, the following terms and expressions have the meanings respectively as follows:

(1) “Contract Goods” means the Products manufactured and produced by Company B.

(2) “Contract Area” means the Republic of Korea.

§ 2 (1) Goods to be sold shall be as follows:

A name: A manufacturer confirms that he/she is a selling authority to a newspaper site (all goods manufactured and produced by a manufacturer), Article 3 (Selection and Approval of a Sales Authority) (1) during the contract period, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this contract, to select a selling authority as a selling authority to the Korean Civil Water Market (other than a pay daily newspaper such as a printing company/living information newspaper/free newspaper/regional newspaper), and the selling authority approves the selection.

In addition, the manufacturer may not sell goods directly or indirectly in the contract area without the prior consent of the seller during the contract period.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Individual Contracts) (1) The name, quantity/unit/unit/delivery of the necessary terms and conditions concerning the sale of goods sold to the seller.
