1. The Defendant’s KRW 184,80,000 as well as 6% per annum from May 1, 2017 to December 28, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

1. The following facts of recognition do not conflict between the parties, or may be admitted as a whole by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the entries in Gap evidence 1, 2, and 4:

The plaintiff is an enterprise that imports basic raw materials of cosmetics from abroad to refined and process them to supply them to domestic cosmetics manufacturers, and the defendant is a distributor that supplies raw materials of cosmetics to domestic cosmetics manufacturers.

B. On June 20, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into an agency monopoly contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) and the main contents are as follows.

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the business rights of the agencies in Article 3 and to promote the development and interest of the two companies by faithfully performing the exclusive sales authority for the supplier.

Article 2 (Contract Goods and Prices)

1. Kind and description of the goods under contract: Inno, SlveMPS (at least 9.5%, hereinafter referred to as "the goods") but the product may be encouraged to be provided at the customer's request. 2. The quality of the goods shall be the quality standards provided by the supplier.

Article 4 (Purchase Quantity)

1.The Agency shall purchase the goods from 4 months following the conclusion of this Agreement (from 4 months after June 16,000 g, July 16,000 g, August 16,000 g) to 48,000 g above each month.

Provided, however, this does not affect the sale of the goods by similar goods (hereinafter referred to as "similar goods") supplied by the supplier to a third party by the supplier.

Article 6 (Term of Contract)

1. The term of validity of this Agreement shall be from June 20, 2016 to June 19, 2017.

2. The period may be extended and terminated in consultation between the Parties not later than one month before the expiration of the term of the agreement.

Article 7 (Payment of Price) A supplier shall bring this article into the logistics facilities of an agency and then pay for the goods to the agency.
