A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving C automobiles;
On November 28, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol around 00:30 on November 28, 2014, and led to the left-hand turn to the right-hand left-hand turn on the roads 204 in the right-side of the Hancheon-si, Seocheon-si.
In this case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with the right and right of the front side in a safe way.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to turn to the left at the right side of the vehicle of the Defendant, due to such influence of alcohol as above, and neglected to turn to the left at the right side of the vehicle of the Defendant, and went to the left side by the victim D (25 years old) who was driving at the right side of the vehicle of the Defendant, and continued to go to the left side of the vehicle of the Defendant, while the victim D (25 years old) who was driving at the right side of the vehicle of the victim F(53 years old) who was going to go to the left side of the vehicle of the Defendant, the Defendant got to go to the left side of the vehicle of the Defendant.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by its occupational negligence, injury to the victim H(26 years of age) who took advantage of the said victim D or the said car, such as dynasium and tensions in the bones of wood, which requires treatment for about two weeks; injury to the said victim F, such as crynasium and tensions in need of medical treatment for about two weeks; and injury to the victim I (20 years of age) who took advantage of the said taxi, such as dynasium and tensions in the bones of bones, which require medical treatment for about two weeks.
2. The Defendant is under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking and smelling a Defendant from K of the G District of the Gyeonggi-do, the Gyeonggi-do, the U.S. Police Station J District, which was dispatched at the location specified in paragraph (1) of this Article.
