1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be postponed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexton car.

On August 23, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 17:40, and proceeded two lanes of the two-lane of the shot three streets from the place of business, which is the shot dog, in accordance with the shot-gu, Seonam-si, Sungnam-si.
