A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 13, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court.

1. The defendant is in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury).

On November 16, 2019, the Defendant driven the foregoing cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.124% without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle, and led to the running of the above cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.124% in the direction of the west-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant driven the road of about 40km in the speed of Sinsan in the direction of the west-gun.

At night, and at all times, EKafa car driven by the victim D (n, 48 years old) enters from the right side to one lane, and thus, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to reduce speed and properly manipulate the steering and operating system to prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting it and received the left side part of the victim's car back to the right side of the cargo vehicle of the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the above victim, such as salt, tensions, etc., on the cream, tensions, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of medical treatment, suffered injury on the victim F (54 years of age) who was on the said car, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and suffered injury on the victim G (5 years of age) who was on the said car with the said car for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. On November 16, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).
