A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On May 23, 2015, at around 17:00 on May 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid down a “Ak’s 39,000 won of the market price owned by the injured party B in the Ddong Group 354 E store located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; and (b) cut off the 1st, 1,000 sand
B. On August 8, 2015, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 18:00.
At the location of subsection B, the victim B cut off the theft prevention slves for women's sports "SL72" equivalent to 89,000 won at the market price of the victim B, and cut it to slves (industrial cover) and stolen it.
C. On September 6, 2015, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 17:00.
At the location of subsection B, the victim B removed the theft prevention attitude by removing the 99,000 Won male clocks owned by the victim B, and then thefted by making the unconstitutional and new report to the F, who is not aware of the fact.
2. Special larceny;
A. At the location of subsection B, the victim’s 139,000 won or more at the market price of the victim’s 1,39,000 won or more, and 63,000 won or more at the market price, the victim’s 1, 1, and 79,000 won or more at the market price of the victim’s 63,00 won or more.
