Punishment of the crime

[2016 Height3551] - Defendant A

1. At around 12:00 on February 25, 2016, the Defendant, along with B in a de facto marital relationship, cited the victim D’s 3rd floor “I” store located in Ansan-gu G in Ansan-si, with a 103,200 won or more at the victim D’s market price, and put the said bank into a temporary room prepared in advance, and B carried the said bank into a kart.

피고인들은 2016. 3. 3. 12:30경 피해자 F가 운영하는 위 ‘L’ 매장에 손님으로 가장하여 침입한 후, 피고인 A은 피해자 소유인 시가 179,000원 상당의 '젤퀸덤' 운동화 1켤레를 구매할 것처럼 가지고 나와 도난방지 태그를 제거하고, 피고인 B은 위 운동화를 자신의 가방 안에 집어넣어 가지고 나왔다.
