Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate a real estate brokerage business shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area which intends to establish a brokerage office, as prescribed by Ordinance of

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering the establishment of a brokerage office on August 20, 2009, mediates a real estate sales contract with a purchase price of KRW 200 million between the seller E and the buyer F for the land located in Chuncheon-si, at the C judicial scrivener office located in Chuncheon-si B on August 20, 209, and, i.e., one million won in cash from G, i.e., the above F's son.

9. A police officer issued 4 million won in cash from E at the I restaurant operated by E in the Chuncheon City of Chuncheon.

Accordingly, the defendant carried on real estate brokerage business without registering the establishment of the brokerage office.
