1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. D constructed on the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and F ground is an apartment complex consisting of five apartment units (101-105 Dong), 657 households, two officetels (201,202 Dong), 286 households, one commercial building (301 Dong), 74 households (hereinafter “instant complex”).

B. Plaintiff A is the co-owner of the instant complex No. 201 Dong 408, and Plaintiff B is the co-owner of the instant complex No. 201 Dong 110, and Plaintiff C is the co-owner of the instant complex No. 301, Dong 205, non-205.

The council of occupants' representatives consisting of representatives from the apartment complex among the apartment complex in this case, which is established for the purpose of managing the part of the apartment complex among the apartment complex in this case. E. The traffic system map attached to the completion drawing at the time of the construction of the instant complex is marked as an exclusive parking lot for apartments, and the remaining 229 parking lots for officetels and commercial buildings.
