Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a B B B B B taxi and driven the front road of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City along four-lanes in order to get customers to board, using an operational station distance on the surface of the new shooting distance; (b) changed the course to four-lanes by the victim D (52 taxes) driving along the same direction; (c) the Defendant is unable to stop the victim’s vehicle using the Defendant’s vehicle in front; and (d) the Defendant also tried to stop the front of the victim’s vehicle by changing the course to one-lane; and (e) prevent the victim from driving the vehicle in front of the victim’s vehicle for about one minute after changing the course to three-lanes; and (e) prevent the victim from driving the vehicle in front of the victim’s vehicle for three-lanes; and (e) prevent the victim from driving the vehicle in front of the victim’s vehicle for three-lanes; and (e) prevent the victim from driving the vehicle in front of the other three-lanes.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous object, and threatened the victim with the above Basa vehicle.
