1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle BM3.

On March 23, 2017, around 08:48, the Defendant tried to threaten the victim on the ground that: (a) the victim D who has driven a C-learning car in the same direction changed course from the right side to the intersection of Taenam-do to the right side, without turning on the direction direction, while driving a two-lane from the front side of the Taenam Underground Road, which is located in the Namnam-gu Busan Metropolitan City B-dong on March 23, 2017; (b) the victim tried to stop driving the vehicle at the right side of the vehicle; (c) the victim tried to stop driving the vehicle at the right side of the vehicle; (d) the victim tried to stop driving the vehicle at the right side of the vehicle; and (d) the victim tried to stop driving the vehicle at the right side of the vehicle; and (d) the victim tried to stop driving the vehicle at the right side of the vehicle at the right side of the vehicle; and (e) the victim tried to change the course of the vehicle at the right side.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using a dangerous vehicle.
