1. On September 25, 2016, around 11:59, the Defendant: (a) driven “125-R,” the bus stops in front of Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with no number plate, a three-lane of the three-lanes from the “clock 125-R,” and driven the three-lanes at a speed of about 60km at a speed of about 60km from the new reproduction distance.
The defendant's 'C apartment' bus stops in the three-lanes of the bus stop, and after the victim D(50 years old)''s e bus enters the three-lane line by changing the course, the victim's e bus entered the three-lane line by changing the course, and the bus has been at the same risk that the victim has interfered with the passage of his lebane or that his lebane and the bus faces.
Therefore, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim to stop off the bus front of the victim's driving on the above side of the off-road, but the victim did not want to stop the bus for about two minutes; (b) obstructed the course of the bus; and (c) has driven the bus front of the victim's bus driving in front of the victim's bus that changed the course to two-lanes of the damage from the Defendant's off-road to the Defendant's off-road; and (d) on the same day, at around 12:04, the damaged person driving the bus into the middle-distance distance from the stop of the "C apartment" after driving 300 meters away from the middle-distance distance from the bus stop of the victim's bus at around 11 minutes, such as blocking the bus front of the victim's bus at around 12:22 of the same day; and (c) has delayed the operation of the bus for about two minutes by again obstructing the victim's bus driving time in front of the victim's bus at around 12:02.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the bus operation of the injured party by force.
2. On September 25, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in front of the 125Ra (124C) Katop 24 in Incheon Bupyeong-gu market with no registration number without obtaining a license for a bicycle for a motor device from around 12:2 on September 25, 2016.
