【Criminal Facts】

On October 29, 2013, around 01:44, the Defendant had a knife (the length 27.5cm, the knife length 15 cm) which is a dangerous object in the E main line of the Defendant’s operation of the Defendant, as he had engaged in the same type of business when he had engaged in the act of soliciting customers who had the way to get a math in his own business, and had a knife (the age 51) from the victim D (the age 51) engaged in the same type of business.
