A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, on April 2020, as well as B in China on April 1, 2020, planned to sell psychotropic drugs-related Mepters (one penphone; hereinafter the same shall apply). On May 1, 2020, the Defendant kept a written and E bank body card from a nameless person sent by the above B in front of the D Hospital located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Seoul, and kept the written and E bank body card from the nameless person sent by the said B. A, B, the Defendant, according to the direction of B, could have the buyer find the written phone to find it at a specific place, and the buyer deposited the written phone into the above E bank account in order to withdraw it and transfer it to B.

On May 13, 2020, at around 19:51, the Defendant: (a) concealed about approximately 0.8g of the penphones delivered by the said B in the mail of the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J Building K-ho; and (b) demanded the purchaser of the penphones on his name to locate it, and (c) had the purchaser of the penphones on his name receive it from the time until May 17, 2020, as indicated in the annexed list of crimes.
