A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence as referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 7 and 12 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he dealt with psychotropic drugs, as follows:

1. The names influor who uses the telephone sales telephone “B” is a total book that advertises and sells phiphonephones through online (SNS) while staying in the Philippines. A person who posts an advertisement to sell narcotics, such as 30, one half of 60, one 60, one 80, two 100 phiphones, and one 100 phiphones, using the words “ice, ice, ice, and air retail” through SNS, and sells phiphones in the way that he/she finds the phiphones in a specific place after receiving a remittance of the money in the name of phiphones from a purchaser who has contacted with the telegram secret printing.

During that process, “B” was urged to communicate with the Defendant (hereinafter “C”), who purchased a telephone, and telegram dialogueed with “D” and “B,” and “B” intended to share the following roles: (a) advertisement and contact with the purchaser of the telephone; (b) the Defendant’s management and cash management; and (c) the delivery of the telephones; and (d) sell the telephones.

On May 2020, 2020, “B” committed as the first patroler: (a) the Defendant entered the order from a buyer on the name of the first patrolman to write the penphone into the 9th floor measuring instrument of Incheon Gyeyang-gu Etel; (b) the Defendant, according to the direction of “B”, put the 0.5g opon into the measuring instrument; (c) the “D”, in accordance with the direction of “B”, concealed the opon into the measuring instrument; and (d) sold 0.5g gram of the opon by means of getting the buyer on the name of the first patroler to search for it.

B. From May 12, 2020 to May 12, 2020, “B” was committed on and around May 12, 2020 to 01:00 to 03:0.
