1. Case 2013 Godan1156: Defendants
A. Special larceny 1) The Defendants, along with D, committed a theft by combining approximately 20 parts of the fruit 10,000 won, which were possessed by the victim G, which were displayed in the front of the Schlage, with approximately KRW 40,00,000 in the market price, from the beginning of December 2012 to the first police officer of February 2013, the Defendant committed a theft, together with D, with approximately 40 drinking water, which was owned by the victim Jinju, and approximately 10,00,000 won in the market price, which was located in the H apartment complex at the early of February 2013.
