A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

However, the above imprisonment for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 22, 2010, the Defendant: (a) discovered one E-to-be (500,000 won) at the parking lot for the building C in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; (b) discovered one E-to-be in the market value of the victim D; (c) reported the network around F and G; and (d) driven the above O-to-beba by using the keys owned by the Defendant, while driving the above O-to-bea while driving it.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property together with F and G.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a motorcycle driver’s license at a distance of about 5 km from the above date and time to the Goyang-si, Goyang-si.

2. On October 22, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00, G, F, and the Defendant: (b) around the “J” operated by the victim I in Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu; (c) on the front of the above victim’s ownership, parked in the state of sticking a key, the Defendant and G considered the network in front of the above victim’s market value; and (d) the Defendant and G led the above Orab in both hands.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with G and F.

3. The Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on the first day of January 201, G, F, and the “NE” operated by the victim M in Yongsan-gu L in Manyang-si, Goyang-si; (b) reported the network in the surrounding areas; and (c) described one box as a new one if the market price of the victim owned by the victim at the above ME-si parking lot is equivalent to KRW 24,00,000, the market price of the victim owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with G and F.

4. At around 01:00 on the first day of January 201, G, F, and the Defendant reported the network around G, G, and F, and F, if the market price equivalent to KRW 24,00,00, which is the market price of the above victim’s possession on the front road, displayed on the Mat, the Defendant saw one box as both descendants, and the Defendant saw one box as both hands at a Vietnam chip amounting to KRW 20,000, the market price of the victim’s ownership.

The defendant is now G.
