Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food and Agriculture for Food and Agriculture, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from October 2009 to July 201, 2016, the Defendant diverted farmland to store high water without obtaining permission from the Minister for Food, Agriculture and Food, Etc., in a size of 1,172 square meters, which is farmland outside the agriculture promotion area, from around 1,172 square meters.
