Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food and Agriculture for Food and Agriculture, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from August 2012 to July 27, 2017, the Defendant leased farmland of 789 square meters outside the agricultural promotion area, which is located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and used recyclables, such as steel scrap and solid goods, on the said farmland.

As a result, the Defendant diverted farmland without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
