Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, except in cases falling under the provisions of the same.

Nevertheless, from May 29, 2014 to the present date, the Defendant diverted farmland to farmland by using concrete packaging and parking lots, and installing tents without obtaining farmland diversion permission from the relevant land owner with respect to the degree of 569 square meters outside the agriculture promotion area for urban areas in Chungcheongnam-si D.
