1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a public corporation established with the purpose of contributing to the stabilization of the real estate market and the maintenance of order by requiring the public announcement and statistics of real estate prices, information management, and investigation and management for support of policies on real estate market in accordance with the Korea Appraisal Board Act.

1. In cases where it is specified by the same method as “Plaintiff 1” or “Plaintiff 1” or “Plaintiff 1 or 179” as indicated in the Plaintiff’s list Nos. 1 through 179, 231, it refers to the Plaintiff listed in the above list.

The defendant is an employee who is in office in the defendant, and the plaintiff 1 through 179, and 231 is called the plaintiff's employee.

2. The “retirement Date” list of the “identification” list shall be the persons retired on each corresponding date.

The defendant has paid the "annual salary" to the workers in accordance with the remuneration rules, and in calculating the retirement allowance to be paid to the retired workers, the performance evaluation performance rating of performance-based incentives is not reflected in the average wage.

Relevant remuneration regulations and retirement allowance regulations are as follows:

Part I of the General Regulations of Chapter III (Composition of Annual Salaries) of the Regulations on Remuneration shall be as follows:

1. The term “annual salary” shall consist of basic annual salary, additional annual salary, and performance-based incentives;

2. The term "basic annual salary" means a basic annual salary determined in accordance with the ability, performance, degree of difficulty and responsibility of duties, etc. of an employee, and shall consist of a basic salary, a job classification salary, and an additional salary;

3. The term "additional annual salary" means a statutory allowance paid additionally in addition to the basic annual salary;

4. The term "performance-based annual salary" means an annual salary paid according to an employee's performance;

Part IV, Article 13 (Evaluation of Management Performance) (1) The evaluation performance rating shall be the results of the evaluation under Article 48 of the Act on the Management of Public Institutions.
