1. The Plaintiffs’ defined contribution plan as stated in 1 to 179, and 231 in the list of “Plaintiffs.”

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a public corporation established with the purpose of contributing to the stabilization of the real estate market and the maintenance of order by requiring the public announcement and statistics of real estate prices, information management, and investigation and management for support of policies on real estate market in accordance with the Korea Appraisal Board Act.
