1. The defendant shall enter each of the plaintiffs in the form of a list of the total amount quoted in attached Form 4 and each of the money in the quoted amount column.
Reasons
A. The Defendant’s employee is or was employed as an employee and retired from office.
On the other hand, among the plaintiffs, those who correspond to the defendant's general office members are the same as the plaintiffs listed in the list of general staff members, and those who correspond to the defendant's special office members are as listed in the list of special office members (attached Form 3).
The Plaintiffs listed in the list of general staff (hereinafter referred to as “general staff” and “attached Form 3”) shall be the Plaintiffs listed in the list of special staff members (hereinafter referred to as “specific staff members in special service”).
Among the defendant's collective agreements and rules of employment, the main contents related to "calculated of ordinary wages" and "legal allowances payment criteria" are as follows:

3.The term "performance-based annual salary of an employee" means a performance-based and ordinary performance-based salary of an employee, and the term "performance-based annual salary" of an officer means a performance-based salary:
