1. The defendant,

A. B. Of the Defendant’s remuneration regulations and rules on the payment of business promotion expenses, the main contents of the instant case are as follows.

The terms used in the provisions of Article 3 (Definitions) of the Remuneration Regulations shall be defined as follows:

Article 4 (Kinds of Remuneration) (2) The kinds of remuneration to be paid to officers and employees shall be as follows:

1. Basic benefits or basic annual salaries;

2. Class of duties:

4. Results of management evaluation.

5. Allowances; and

6. The 25th of each month of retirement allowances.
