Purport of claim and appeal

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person operating agricultural products collection stores in Daegu Agricultural and Agricultural Products Wholesale Market; Defendant B is a person engaged in the wholesale and retail business of agricultural products under the trade name of “D”; Defendant C is a person operating the Agricultural Cooperative’s “E”.

B. The Plaintiff and Defendant C’s remittance of down payment 1) The Plaintiff, upon introduction by Defendant B, is Upopo Agricultural Cooperatives (hereinafter “Upopoposa Agricultural Cooperatives”).

(2) From September 25, 2012, Defendant C transferred KRW 90,000,000,000 to the account in the name of Bopo Agricultural Co., Ltd., for each of the accounts in the name of the Defendant C, as the down payment necessary to purchase the increase in the fry type of paper products being kept in the warehouse of Bopo Agricultural; and KRW 10,000,000,000,000 to the account in the name of Bopo Agricultural; and
