1. The Defendant’s KRW 132,576,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from July 18, 2014 to August 12, 2015.
Reasons
1. Determination as to the cause of claim
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a partnership corporation aimed at agricultural product distribution business, etc., and the Defendant is a person engaged in the Mabro sales business under the trade name of “C”. And D is an agricultural product broker, and F is a person engaged in warehouse business under the trade name of “E”. 2) The Plaintiff agreed to sell Mabro and sell Mabro and divide profits on January 25, 2013 and transferred a total of KRW 700 million to F by March 7, 2013 from the same day, and separately, D transferred the Mabro to F until March 7, 2013, while keeping the Mabro purchased by the Plaintiff in its own warehouse, and as a result, D has jointly and severally guaranteed the Plaintiff’s obligation to Mbro seller. In that process, the Plaintiff, F, and D had undergone various disputes, such as filing a criminal complaint or filing a civil lawsuit.
(A) Evidence Nos. 4, 5, and evidence Nos. 9-1, 2, 3, and 6-2, 3) The Plaintiff, F, and D shall agree to resolve the dispute over the past on April 26, 2013 (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

(A) From May 5, 2013 to October 10, 2013, the Defendant sold total of 63,750km (3,413 network) (3,413 network) in the warehouse of this case to another person for KRW 181,94,00, and the corresponding amount was released. The Defendant paid the amount of KRW 181,94,000 to D, who is not the Plaintiff (in fact, there is no dispute and the Defendant paid the amount of KRW 181,94,000).
7. 18. The sum total of the initial weight of the 1,829 Spanishe, which was kept in the warehouse of this case, was 41,090 km but the weight of 6.5% increased after the lapse of the period.
