1. Influence into residence and theft against victims B;

A. On August 6, 2019, around 07:30 on August 6, 2019, the Defendant entering a residential intrusion entered the victim’s accommodation in the first floor of the underground floor, which was located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, via the entrance of the first floor emergency exit, which was not corrected by using the cresh in order to take a part in a restaurant located in the first floor for the purpose of theft of property.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd on a structure managed by the victims.

B. The Defendant entered the company where the victims work as stated in the preceding paragraph, and 80,000 won in cash (in 10,000 won, 3,50,000 won) and 2 US dollars in the bank of the victim D in the third floor office (in 20,000 won, 3,50,000 won) and stolen cash within the victim E’s bank, but did not come to that effect because there was no cash.

Accordingly, the defendant stolens or attempted to steals the victims' property, but was attempted to do so.
