A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of five years for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, theft, etc. at the Gwangju High Court, which became final and conclusive on June 6, 2014, and was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on February 17, 2016, which became final and conclusive on February 25, 2016, and completed the execution of each of the said suspended sentence on April 5, 2019.

In addition, the defendant has been subject to juvenile protective disposition by larceny, etc. three times more.

1. The Defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals the victim’s property three times habitually, as follows: (a) the Defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals the victim’s property.

On May 25, 2019, at around 11:04, the Defendant: (a) opened a gate which was not corrected in front of the house of the victim B located in the Southern-gu Seoul metropolitan level C1; and (b) invaded the victim’s residence; and (c) stolen the victim’s property in total amount of KRW 3,540,000,00 in the market price, which is the market price owned by the victim located in the inside and outside west 2,00,000,000 won of precious metal (one five e.g., one, two e., one half half of half of half, one half of half of three e., one cash, three 340,000,000 won in the market price; (d) one gold son and son of the gold 1.2,200,000,000 won in the market price.

B. On September 11, 2019, from around 06:00 to around 09:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened an unCorrectioned gate in the south-gu E and the first floor of the victim D; (b) went into the said door; and (c) invaded the victim’s residence; and (d) took 600,000 won in cash, which was owned by the victim, and 220,000 won in market price, were stolen by two.

C. On September 16, 2019, the Defendant attempted to larceny with the Victim F, who had not been corrected in front of the Victim F in the Southern-gu G and the first floor of housing around September 11, 2019.
