1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff worked as a full-time professor from March 1, 2001 to August 31, 2014 at the trade and logistics department at the business graduate school established by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant school”).

B. Article 4 (Details of Support and Principles) (1) The main contents of the “Rules on the Implementation Rule on the Support of Academic Papers” enacted by the Defendant on June 1, 2013 are as follows. The implementation Rule does not stipulate that “it does not provide the support for the articles published in the retirement year”. Article 4 (Details of Support and Principles) ① The types and standard amount of the support for the publication of academic papers are as follows: 1.0,000 won (which shall be paid only to teachers of cultural society, business economy, and art-related department, and it shall be paid only to one person who has paid the support fees for the publication of the C-Registration Foundation) and Article 5 (Payment Method) (1) of the “Enforcement Rule on the Support of Academic Papers” established by the Defendant on June 1, 2013. In principle, the total amount of the support subsidies for each individual shall be inserted into the comprehensive information system within six months after the publication of the thesis and then it shall be inserted within the scope of one year from the 12th anniversary of the annual increase in the budget.
