The sentence of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who is permitted to possess guns in violation of the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, etc. Act shall not use such guns unless the permitted purpose is used or any justifiable ground exists;
Defendants obtained permission to possess firearms from the chief of the South-Korea Coast Guard on November 27, 2013, and from March 24, 2016 to the South-Korea Coast Guard.
4. Until 30.0, South Korea has obtained permission to capture harmful wild animals to D and E.
Defendant
B aware that Defendant A was aware of the area where Defendant A was permitted to capture harmful wild animals, and that the wild boars were affected by flicks around the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and that Defendant A contacted Defendant A to remove the shots from the peace box in the Southern-si Police Station.
Defendant
A on April 8, 2016, around 07:46, a hunting gun was released at the Bupyeong-gu Police Station at the Bupyeong-gu Police Station.
On April 8, 2016, at around 8:25, the Defendants conspired to use firearms in a way other than for the purpose of using the hunting gun (name : LX600, manufacturing number : 99712) owned by Defendant A, for the purpose of using the hunting gun (name : LX600, manufacturing number : 99712).
2. No person who violates the Wildlife Protection and Management Act shall hunted animals in a place other than a hunting ground;
Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to shoot wild boars from the Triju-si, Namyang-si, other than a hunting ground, in a manner that shoots wild boars from the H. in a hunting gun.
