Punishment of the crime

On April 18, 2016, the Defendant obtained permission to possess a gun (a shot gun, name A303, 12 meters wide, 12 meters wide, and manufacturing number B) for the purpose of remedying harmful wild animals from the head of Jincheon-gun Police Station, and obtained permission to capture harmful wild animals from the head of Jincheon-gun Office from April 18, 2016 to December 31, 2016.

Nevertheless, the Defendant and D conspired on April 25, 2016, and found garni who was a hunting tank in front of the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, other than the permitted area on the 23:34,01, and D discovered garnis who was a hunting tank in collusion with the Defendant, D spaved the spath from the front line inside the above vehicle, and the Defendant hunted the spath from the driver’s seat to the hunting gun, and hunted it.

Thus, the defendant and D conspired to hunting in a place other than a hunting ground.

2. A person who is permitted to possess guns, etc. in violation of the Act on the Safety Management of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, Etc. shall not use such guns, etc. unless it is intended to use them for the permitted purpose, or any justifiable ground exists;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time and place of the entry in the preceding port, launched the said gun as wild animals, which was permitted to rescue harmful birds by using Jincheon-gun C as hunting ground, and used it in order to capture the wild animals in an area other than permitted areas without justifiable grounds.
