Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall place a false indication of the place of origin of agricultural and fishery products or sell agricultural and fishery products disguisedly in the place of origin.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from June 3, 2019 to July 15, 2019, falsely marked “C” with the trade name of “C” operated by the Defendant on 10,00,000 to 3.7,00,000 on 19,00,000 on 4.7,00,000,000 won for 6,657,479, and then purchased 7,000,000,000,000 won for 1 to 3,00,000,000,000,000,000 won for 1 to 3,00,00,000,000,000 won for 1 to 4,00,000,000,000 won for 1 to 5,00,000,000 won for 1 to 3,5,000,00.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false indication of origin of agricultural and fishery products, and sold false agricultural and fishery products that disguised the country of origin.
