Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

As the defendant's seal was requested to be affixed to an uneffective contract, the victim F, G, H, I, J, and K had damaged the honor of the victim by stating the aforementioned false facts.
