Punishment of the crime

On September 30, 2014, at the front of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 22:45, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim by saying, “The victim D, who was dispatched by the Defendant, after receiving a report from the residents that the vehicle owned by the Defendant is likely to cause traffic inconvenience due to blocking on the road, will restrain the victim D, who was assigned to the police box, and took a bath for the reporter, and there are about 10 residents, including E, of approximately 10 residents.”
