1. On August 10, 2015, around 09:39, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he did not have an intent or ability to pay the PC use price in the “CPC” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul), and (b) was provided with the PC use service from the victims in the name failure, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the PC use price.

2. On July 31, 2015, around 08:36, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay the PC use price in the “EPC” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jongno-gu, Seoul; (b) was provided with the PC use fee from the victim under his/her name and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the PC use price.

On July 26, 2015, around 14:56, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the PC use fee in the “GPC” located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F; (b) was provided with the PC use fee from the victim in the name failure; and (c) acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the PC use fee.

On July 2, 2015, around 09:25, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he did not have an intent or ability to pay the PC use price in the “IPC” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H; and (b) was provided with the PC use service from the victims in the name failure, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the PC use price.

5. On June 24, 2015, around 21:07, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the PC use fee in the “KPC” located in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council; and (b) was paid as if he did so; and (c) was from the victim under the name of the victim.
