On July 29, 2013, around 00:30, the said vehicle was driven in the state of being taken in the state of blood alcohol concentration of 0.196 percent (blood appraisal result) and operated approximately 8 km from the mutual influence house near the main station in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the roads of Cheongcheon-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Cheongcheon-dong 422-2 ZF Korea.
