The defendant is a person who drives B SP car.

On April 30, 2013, around 02:30, under the influence of alcohol, the said passenger car was driven by approximately 2 km in front of the Busan Suwon-dong, the Handong Park for New Pung-dong, Busan-dong, on the road in front of the Suwon-dong, Suwon-gu, Busan, on the roads of the licensed real estate agent.
