Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of Gwangju City B and C.

On July 8, 2014, the Defendant, at around Gwangju City B and C ( approximately 4m, approximately 25m in length), set up a pipe ( approximately 1.5m in height and approximately 15m in diameter) on the current roads in Gwangju-si B and C, and obstructed traffic by allowing them to pass the above roads, which are public places with a public nature where many and unspecified people, vehicles, and horses are allowed to freely pass through.
